Monday 6th June

Please arrange own transport to meet at Royal Birkdale Golf Club
Our tee times are from 13:40, so I would suggest we meet there for a pre-round early lunch by 12:00 latest. 

The journey is around 240 miles from Surrey so please allow plenty of time!

Once the golf is complete, please make your way to our hotel at Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa, only around 10 minutes away.

Dinner in the evening will be at the hotel Fairway Grill and has been booked for 20:30

Tuesday 7th June

Morning - at this stage nothing planned.  Our second round of golf will be at Formby Golf Club, again only 10 minutes from the hotel.  Our tee times are from 12:00 so please arrange to be there by around 11:00.

Nothing has been arranged for lunch so please cater accordingly.

Once the golf is over, please make your way back to the Hotel. We shall need to leave there by 19:15 for dinner at Bistrot Verité in Southport (again only 10 mins drive). We may decide to take taxis: tbc once we are there. 

Wednesday 8th June

A gentle start as golf shall be played on site today. We have tee times starting at 09:06 on the Championship Course.

After lunch, there is the option of 9 holes of golf (format tbc but not part of the main competition) starting at 15:00.

Dinner in the evening will be at Villagio Cuccina at 20:00, again a short drive away from the hotel.  We shall return to Formby Hall for the Auction after dinner.

Thursday 9th June

The final day sees us teeing off at 09:00 at the Hillside Golf Club, again less than 10 mins drive from the Hotel.  On completion of the golf, please arrange to hang around for lunch/presentations before heading home.
